Our Structure

A Secure, Regulated Investment Framework

Six Senses Private Credit is established as a
sub-fund of the First Degree Variable Capital Company (VCC).

Management is provided by First Degree Global Asset Management (FDGAM), a Capital Markets Services (CMS) licence holder regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS). This structure ensures that our fund operates within Singapore’s robust regulatory framework, providing investors with the assurance of licensed oversight and strong compliance standards.
